David emphasizes wealth management with a focus on retirement income and estate planning strategies, legacy planning, education funding, and structures for charitable giving. Drawing on the specialized knowledge gained from obtaining the CRPC® designation, one of David’s primary focuses is helping his clients plan for retirement. He assists clients in understanding where they are today, what will be required for retirement, and what they’ll need to do between now and then. He not only looks at his clients’ savings and investments, but also the potential impact of Social Security, long-term care expenses, cost of living, and Medicare.
David earned a B.S. in Business from Florida State University and holds Series 7, 65, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including long-term care and annuities).
David has been married to his wife, Brooke, since 1997, and they have two children, Sam and Jessie, in Fort Myers, Florida. Outside the office, David loves to fish and serves on the board of directors for several local charities in Southwest Florida, and is a proud member of Freedom Church.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Jason assists clients in identifying and establishing their financial needs and goals, focusing on the creation of investment strategies and portfolio review.
Jason attained the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor® designation, which identifies those individuals who have successfully completed coursework covering the characteristics of open and closed-end funds, risk and return, asset allocation, and retirement planning. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Alabama and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including long-term care and annuities). Jason manages discretionary accounts for Genesis Wealth Management.
Jason has lived in Southwest Florida since 1993 and has been married to his wife, Diane, since 1990. Outside the office, Jason is an active member of the Southwest Florida Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Chapter and proud member of Next Level church. In addition, he serves on the advisory board as Chairman of the Board for the Salvation Army of Lee, Hendry, and Glades County.
With more than 30 years of investment industry experience, Bill emphasizes wealth management planning with a focus on portfolio construction and review. Building lasting relationships with clients and offering sound guidance to families is a key priority for him.
William earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Finance from Florida Southern College. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including long-term care and annuities).
Bill has been married to his wife, Kim, since 1983 – the same year they moved to Southwest Florida. They have raised four children and are now proud grandparents of fourteen grandchildren. Outside the office, Bill and Kim enjoy traveling and have been members of McGregor Baptist Church since 1985.
Will focuses on wealth management and assisting in the portfolio creation process. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Liberty University and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including long-term care and annuities).
Will was born and raised in Southwest Florida and has been married to his beautiful wife, Jessica, for more than five years. Together, they have two amazing girls, Piper and Maren.
Diane leverages her extensive experience in customer service to enhance the team’s client experience. Her focus is on providing support to the team and addressing client expectations and account related needs. In addition, she is responsible for handling the day-today operations as it relates to clients’ accounts.
Diane earned a B.S. in Accounting from Troy University and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Prior to joining the Genesis Wealth Management team, she served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and as a Financial Analyst.
Diane has lived in Southwest Florida with her husband, Jason, since 1993, and they have two adult children, Jordan and Joshua. After becoming empty-nesters in 2017, Jason and Diane made the decision to work together with Genesis Wealth Management. Outside the office, she enjoys various outdoor activities, relaxing with a good book, and spending time with her family.
Alexa brings more than 12 years of customer service experience to the team. Prior to moving to Florida and joining Genesis Wealth Management, she served as a Client Service Associate with Stifel in the Portland, Oregon, branch for three years. She loves helping people and is excited to use her determined, team player, and outgoing personality to help address clients’ service needs.
Outside the office, Alexa loves boating and being on the water – she cannot wait to boat all year round! She also enjoys traveling. Alexa’s Christian faith is important to her, as well as her mini beagle.
